Kate partners with boutique and midsize law firms and professional services firms to help them strengthen leadership, operations, people, and technology. Drawing on executive leadership experience in law firm management, business operations, and organizational strategy, she helps firm leaders navigate growth, improve performance, and build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
Before launching KDS Solutions Group, Kate led the successful merger of her family's law firm and later served in executive practice management roles with a national law firm. Having experienced the challenges of leading and growing firms firsthand, she brings practical insight, strategic perspective, and a results-driven approach to every client engagement.

Joshua Sokolow, JD, MSA
Partner, Strategy & Business Development
Josh serves as Partner, Strategy & Business Development at KDS, where he leads business development, strategic partnerships, and initiatives that support the firm's long-term vision. An entrepreneur, board director, and experienced operator, Josh brings more than a decade of experience building and scaling businesses, advising leadership teams, and developing strategies across multiple industries, including e-commerce, consumer products, and other regulated sectors.
Leveraging his background in law, accounting, marketing, operations, and corporate governance, Josh helps shape the firm's strategic direction, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative service offerings. He also leads the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions that enhance client service and operational efficiency.
